Boutique Heritage Home is a place where cultural treasures become your memory. It is a 150-year-old family owned four-storey house passionately renovated to ensure that the guests may experience authentic life of Nepali people and enjoy comfortable facilities.

Located within a five minute walk from a UNESCO World Heritage site Patan Durbar Square, we offer our guests to see not only must-see places, but also to discover many more hidden treasures as you explore Patan area. The biggest advantage of our location is that we are surrounded by quiet neighborhood and your stay with us will not be disturbed by outside noises.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before check-in: 35% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 24–48 hours before check-in: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or political unrest, may qualify for partial refunds at Yatra Nepal’s discretion.
