Description

Charikot Panorama Resort is a family-run hilltop retreat, founded by

Nepali-Swiss couple Top Thapa and the late Judith Thapa-Maag. Built in the late 1990s with a Swiss architect, it opened on January 1st, 2000,blending warm Nepali hospitality with Swiss precision.

Today, Top and his daughter Susanna take turns welcoming  guests, supported by a loyal team who’ve been with us for decades,  ensuring every stay feels personal and familiar.

We grow much of our own produce and maintain high standards

of cleanliness and care throughout the resort.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: No charges applied.
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before check-in: 35% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 24–48 hours before check-in: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund will be provided.

Special Circumstances

  • Cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or political unrest, may qualify for partial refunds at Yatra Nepal’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Payment gateway fees (e.g., Online, VISA, MasterCard, eSewa, Khalti, etc.) are non-refundable.
