1. Term

These Terms & Conditions shall remain valid unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days in advance.

2. Commission Structure

• The Service Provider agrees to pay Yatra Nepal’s standard commission on all room bookings made through the Yatra Nepal platform, as per the prevailing commission policy mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3. Responsibilities

Service Provider Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding room availability.
• Ensure timely updates of availability, rates, and services.
• Ensure that all services meet the quality standards as advertised.

Yatra Nepal Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payments securely.
• Remit the Hotel’s share of payments within two (2) working days.

4. Termination

• Either party may terminate these Terms & Conditions by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party.

5. Governing Law & Regulations

• Any matters not expressly covered in these Terms & Conditions, including rules, regulations, disputes, and interpretations, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
• Both parties agree to comply with all applicable Nepalese laws and regulations related to tourism, hospitality, taxation, and electronic transactions.
