Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: No charges applied.
• Cancellation more than 48 hours before check-in: 35% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation within 24–48 hours before check-in: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund will be provided.

Special Circumstances

• Cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or political unrest, may qualify for partial refunds at Yatra Nepal’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Payment gateway fees (e.g., Online, VISA, MasterCard, eSewa, Khalti, etc.) are non-refundable.
